We were in Breckenridge this past weekend and took the chair lift to the top of the mountain.. I got some nice pictures (click here to see these gems), but the part that was most interesting was that some guy was buried on the top of the mountain! Jack Randall “Randy” McMurdy is buried at about 12,000 feet, with a nice view of the top of Peak 8 at Breckenridge.. his resting spot is a bit off the beaten path, so probably doesn’t get skiiers trouncing over his grave, thankfully. My guess is that he died skiing or something, and you can see, pretty young.. purely a guess, I couldn’t find anything on him, except for some scavenger hunt that used his grave as a marker.. odd stuff.
Also, I posted a crappy video of our house when it was flooded years back by a hurricane.. thanks to youtube for free hosting

I am not sure how I feel, when people make up stories and do not know the truth but one thing is for certain, my brother Randy McMurdy will always be my hero.
