I did manage to lose over 100 pounds a a few years back.. I’ve settled into a more normal maintanable weight I think, but I’ll admit that since I left NY and don’t play basketball any longer, it’s been a bit harder. I do run before work 3-4 times a week, that’s the maintain part. I still eat lots and lots of salads and now eat a good amount of fish. I’m pretty good about skipping the crap, although do enjoy 3 or Dots at night
I also now enjoy things like sushi, and never have a big pasta dinner, never eat fried food and am leave junk food for others. It’s harder in CO, there aren’t good salad places like I got used to in NY, but I manage.
